How do I get Comunidu in my urbanisation?
Get in touch with us. We'll present Comunidu to your president, your administrator or at the next owners' meeting. Once your community is on board, every resident receives a personal invitation.
Do I need to download an app?
No. Comunidu runs in your phone's browser — on iPhone and Android. You can add it to your home screen with one tap, and it opens just like an app.
I live abroad part of the year. Can I still take part?
Yes — that's exactly what Comunidu is made for. You get every notice on your phone, can read the minutes and accounts, and vote as an owner from wherever you are.
Can my tenants or holiday guests use it?
Yes. As an owner you give them access for exactly the dates they stay. They get gate access, their parking spot and the house rules — but no voting rights. Their access ends automatically.
Does it work with our existing gate?
That depends on your current gate system. Comunidu can work with Bluetooth, NFC or QR-based access. We check the hardware in your urbanisation with you before anything is set up.
Who can see my information?
Only your own community — and inside it, everyone sees only what fits their role. Tenants don't see owners' votes, and different communities never see each other.
